Has anyone been through Verification again on Amazon UK Lately
 

Hey Guys,

Has anyone been through verification again lately for accounts which previously passed verification? I've had an number of accounts pass verification again automatically. One where they want a document and another with updated details.

Anyone had similar lately?

The first part of verification is your ID

That takes 24-48 hours

Then for EU/UK you have the 15K verification which involves submitting more information

I don't think either part is automated, pretty sure they're manually reviewed

I'm talking about accounts which passed verification years ago. Not new accounts. That's why I said accounts which had previously passed verification.

Quite normal, 2nd time more likely account fail verification I had 2 accounts lost last year these were very old account and fully passed

Because previously they never checked the info. I had documents with a wrong UTR on. I wanted to see if they are stricted now.

Yeah account gone for sure, use to be any number works for utr but not anymore since they can check the number with check digit best to provide working utr now more chance to pass verification

Does that mean If UTR is not real account has no chance of passing now?

So once you hit the 15K limit thats it?

I’m currently going through verification again.

I last went through verification about 3 years ago when I hit the £15K mark.

I provided a UTR which has now come up as invalid. Is there a way around this?

It’s a personal account - can I put a valid business UTR there and will they be able to know the UTR is a business UTR
