updating Billing Address on a new seller account
 

Hi,

I'm trying to figure something out,

My AMZ BUYER account got blocked due to using gift cards that I bought on ebay and turned out to be not legit.

As a result, my SELLER account got blocked too since it used the same email.

After a few months of back and forth with amazon support, I was able to close my seller account.

So, I'm now looking into buying a new SELLER account from the main seler here in the forum,
but I'm worried that when I'll update the banking details and billing address, it will be linked to the
old account and will get suspended.

My question is - How do I set up a new bank account and credit card with a new billing address,
that is different than the one I used before?

In other words, how do I completely avoid AMZ from linking the new account to the closed one?

You can't re-use any previously used information

You would need a new checking account.

If you have a BOFA account, you would need an additional checking account.

The VCC does not need to be updated but if you want to update it, you can add any debit/credit card that hasn't been used before. The same billing cannot be used, so you would either need mismatching billing (most cards still work), or add a card that has a new billing address.

I encourage you to start with with the amazon ghost if you're this new.
Amazon is seriously tough. You'll need to learn the foundation fro the start.
