Can Amazon Track me on a different phone & number but on the same carrier?
 

I have bought a brand new phone through Verizon with a different number, but is part of my same Verizon Account, new SIM and everything. Before I use it for Amazon, I want to make sure they will not be able to track/connect it to my other phone that was associated to a blocked account. I know they track the ID or SIM on the physical phone, but just want to confirm that is it?

No, they won't track you down only because you use the same carrier...

New device like a laptop or phone does not share any info to your other devices

Unless you use the new device on a home WiFi or something

I have not used the new phone on my old WiFi that was associated to the blocked account, just going to use the wireless carriers data plan and the new phone will be used as a hotspot for the new laptop.

Yes new ISP = new IP

with a fresh new system + new IP + standard stealth protocol = you should be fine

Yes, that works fine.

If you have a record of previously used IP, you can double check to be extra sure.
