Competitors advertise free shipping
 
I sell in a very competitive category. Although my product is superior to my competitors they offer free shipping. I could also and still beat their price but when I list an item it does not have a free shipping option for me to select? Also they are shipping without tracking and when I did that (saved $3.00 shipping) I got a nasty gram telling me my tracking percent was too low and must improve.

What is the deal
