potential high prices

Anyone else getting a bunch of "potential high price" warnings for FBA. Getting hit with 6 of these lately (as usual, seller support is useless). 5 of these are small items and are priced at a FBA match price. Even tried listing $2 less than Buybox and still an error. The worst one is a action figure. Only sellers are collectible @ +$120. I listed @ $99 New. Down to $52 and still won't break this "error".
Is there possibly a work around? Maybe leave in FBA and list as merchant fulfilled then send the order to FBA?
