Product "used" sold as new
Got one SKU deactivated with a Used sold as new reason. Only do FBA and this is the 1st time for anything on this SKU. They "Red Marked" it and asked for a POA and invoices over the last 365.
Sent in POA and invoices from last 5 months.
Keep getting the Lazy reply of we need more info.
Here is a copy of the POA.
Thank you for letting us submit this plan of action moving forward. We see that our mistakes were assuming that products coming straight from the manufacturer would not be damaged in any manner and should be able to be sold as new. That’s wrong. Here is how we will move forward.
1) Starting now, we will remove all products from their cases and inspect for any possible damage. Any wrinkles, missing security stickers, damage no matter how minimal, will be put aside and not sent into Amazon.
2) Institute a 2 person inspection and stickering team. Each person will inspect the products when removed from their cases. If either person sees any problems with the item, it will be put aside and not sent into Amazon FBA
3) New listings and new items will have a complete and thorough check on the prohibited/restricted list to verify their ability to be listed on Amazon. Any found on either list will not be listed. If we are unsure, we will not list also.
4) Continue to only deal directly with the manufacturer for all products.
5) Ensure that all products comply with all applicable laws and Amazon policies.
6) Before listing any new products, we will thoroughly research that each and every product complies with Amazon’s set policies.
7) Review all feedback that may point to an issue with a particular item, and if found, remove such item from sale for further research and any possible corrections.
Moving forward in this manner will ensure proper management of our account, along with customer safety and satisfaction.
Thank you for your time in this manner
I know this works, because I have do similar ones in the past, but this is a $1500 a month profit SKU.
Any suggestions to add something to it?
Or send it off to Jeff at Amazon dot com (or is it JeffB)?
Thanks PHD
