Locked Amazon Account!
 
Have anyone experience a locked amazon account?By lock I mean you can not login using your email and pass. I call amazon about an account which I could not access and they said Marketplace has locked the account and was told to email them because their department does not have a phone. I have sent several emails and nothing. That account has about $90 and a month old!

About to call again and see what happens!

I experienced the same issue couple of months ago. Keep sending emails to different departments! Send everyday. They will reply, sometimes slow, like 2-3 days later after your email.

the outcome is they still block my account. They replay just to tell me the reason for it.

Did you have funds in the account? I have 2 locked accounts with under $100 in each!

me too. Less than $100. Do they just randomly lock new sellers' accounts to boost their revenue?

I don't think so. A greater wise told me "there can be a numerous of things you did wrong that can cause that", and follow up with "keep trying till you get it right". He has killed over 40 Amazon accounts and has about 6 that he has successfully used and still alive! I have tried and this month I have spent over $200 in making 10 Amazon accounts. So far only 1 is still alive. I have not sold anything on it, but i have listed 1 item high priced. It's almost passed the 2 weeks for holding funds(Thursday). After that I will start slowly and deposit every 2 days!

Amazon dont tell you, but you can call them by phone. They tell them to tell you they dont have a phone to contact them, but that just dont seem logical now do it? Just call this number and redirect to the correct department.

I find that when they lock me, it is for good...time to move on...
