Thank you focusing on Upwork to see if I get someone. It seems like Fiverr turned int a shark pool. Tons of VA's wanting your money to do not even half of the job right.

I use a smaller agency based in the philippines... but it depends on your needs.

Wherever you go there's the ups and downs. India, Pakistan, Philippines.

I find Onlinejobs to be the best. A lot of attentive and hard working people who can't find clients so there is a really large pool to choose from and they are very happy to work for $1/hour.

Filipino's are just pleasant people to work with and they are far better trained to serve an employer online. I am almost always called mam (when i'm not called sir lol), asked questions if instructions aren't clear, and apologized to if something goes wrong. But you really have to screen them, ask for references, and then do a trial run as many are just not very intuitive if not told exactly what to do. But when you find a worker who is, I find there really is no down sides.

It does cost $50 a month but it's worth it not to have a middle man and manipulated reviews.

This helps man I have been going throuh so many bad people at upwork since they know they have the upper hand they try to do whatever they want dont get me wrong you find good ones but its more bad ones than good since they have the upper hand and know they can get more clients.
