How does this LLC setup look?
 

So I just purchased a new Amazon shop from Beautiful and it went very smooth. This is my first stealth shop and I've been doing research on the best LLC set up to maintain anonymity and get around having to provide my own SSN during the tax interview.

Keep in mind my state is not an anonymous LLC state.

The 1st LLC would be the "Amazon LLC" registered in my state as a partnership to get around using SSN.

The 2nd and 3rd LLCs would be set up in an anonymous LLC state and would be used as the "partners" on the first LLC. I would be the owner on both of these. I stepped through setting this up on incfile and you can fully set up an LLC using only other businesses as owners.

Thoughts?

Look into a new mexico LLC

I haven't looked into it for a couple years but I think they are the most anonymous you can get since the state registration does not require your name or a nominee to be on it

Funny you mention NM LLC. I just set one up this morning :-) I plan on using it as my parent/partner for the actual Partnership LLC I'm going to use for my Amazon account.

And yes there is a separate EIN for each LLC.

why we need 2 LLC for amazon why not only one can someone explain in details
in NW LLC state don't required name then who we give amz proof of LLC owner ?

You don’t need 2 LLC’s but you do need a “partnership” LLC to avoid having to use your SSN in the tax interview. For me I will be using the 2nd LLC as my “partner” on the LLC I have my Amazon account under. New Mexico is one of the few anonymous LLC states that don’t disclose the owners of the LLC, not even to the state.

ok... for me who is non-US i 1st go for new mexico LLC for1st amazon account and give them EIN of that LLC for tax interview right ?
and
when I need another account then I open 2nd LLC for my 2nd account and given that 2nd LLC EIN to amazon for tax interview right ?
and also tell me how we handle bank account
how we can open 2nd bank account for 2nd account which did not match to 1st account details?

Are you doing that just to have a partnership LLC? Or are you planning to use the "partners" (other LLCs) on more stealth accounts?

Initially just so I could have a partnership and get past the tax interview issues with a single member LLC.
