So my first ever seller account got suspended right after opening it. I am using my own and real info with an LLC. I have been appealing ever since then maybe 3 months now with no success. My question is if I make a new LLC with someone elses info in order to verify the account and after that they transfer the LLC to me, will Az notice this and actually deactivate the account again since they have my info?

Well how will they see the change in the company owner if all other info is the same in Az?

They will. Can you be able just use someone else details? Do not change them to yours?

I will use someone else's details to create a new LLC and new seller central account. Then when verified I will only transfer the LLC to myself without changing anything in seller central. Will this work?

your initial question is a little confusing

if you used your LLC on 1 account, you cannot use that same LLC on a 2nd account, otherwise you would be linked

You need a new LLC for the new account etc

There are 2 scenarios where you can make this work. First and most easiest would be to keep trying to get your current account reinstated. The second scenario like you said in your post you can make an account using someone else info, then switch the LLC on your name without switching anything on Amazon portion. But the problem is that Amazon only allows you to open up 1 account per person per household, it's not easy opening second account as this requires a new computer, new IP address, new addresses, new names, new credit cards, banks. If you don't do any of those your second account will just get linked to the first and suspension.

I will create a new LLC under different person with his info in seller central. Then after that I will only transfer the LLC to me without changing anything in seller central.

Well in uk its public data base anyone can findout if director get changed on company maybe same for llc
