Forgot my password and have a new email

Hello guys,,
As the title states, I have forgotten my password to my account and since making my amazon account, I have changed emails. I am now currently living in Germany because I am stationed here. I have tried calling their support number yet the automated part is all in German. Everytime I input something it automatically hangs up on me. I have also tried emailing Amazon but have had no success. Is there a way anyone could send me a English speaking support number. Thank you.

You should be able to do password recovery with your email?

Seems like something is missing to the story

He no longer has access to the previous e-mail, hence any password recovery may default to the old e-mail. I presume he no longer has access to the old mobile number as well.

It would be nest if you use chrome and set it to auto-translate so you know what you're doing.
There are phone numbers at the bottom of the page but I presume you'd be spoken to in a language foreign to you.

Be prepared to give previous and current information such as IDs, Proof of addresses and phone numbers.
