Why is Amazon UK so backwards :mad: Will amazon accept Chinese invoice
 

Are Amazon likely to accept my invoice as my supplier is actually a factory based in China???

Suddenly Amazon has decided to gate the Toys and games category preventing me from selling on my 3yr old listing.

I now have quite a few units just sitting in Amazon warehouse.

I call seller support and they hit me back with an email stating they aren't currently accepting new applications. However I am still able to apply directly through the Amazon website.

I have now submitted the required documents, but its just frustrating seller support telling me one thing, but the Amazon website is saying another.

Is this an old shop that was never category approved to sell in that category?

If it was never initially applied/approved, they could be asking you do it now

Yeah Mate it was never approved- its all legit business in a low risk category so I provided my commercial "Stamped" invoices from China.

Im just under the impression that anything Chinese they will act funny

My experience they never accepted Chinese invoices they simply keep rejecting them even legit invoices

I now always avoide sending them Chinese invoices, always make my own from one of legit business and always pass they soemtime even call to verify

own branded private label toys. I own all trademarks and the company etc.

Hmm yeah.. I did check the amazon official forum and some individuals have had Chinese invoice accepted, but they must be stamped, then apparently Amazon will pass it over to department dealing with these particular invoices specially.

If they are rejected I suppose my only other option will be to buy some products from a well known wholesaler in the UK and use their invoices.

Absolutely not, and as I say the product is 3 years old. + it has hundreds of positive reviews.

I've had Chinese distributors invoice accepted. They work, but there needs to be credibility. Since you own the company, I don't really see you having much of a problem.

Yeah these ones are as credible I could het, Ink Stamped with the companies official company name, and number in english and Chinese.
