only one seller sell on this forum who is Beautiful reach out to him but dont think je accept PayPal and no one does for Amazon accounts

I don't know any amazon seller that accepts paypal as the risk is too high of a chargeback

The shops themselves are very hard to make and expensive to get one through verification (many failed attempts), the risk is too high to be accepting a charge back option

You could use paypal balance and buy Bitcoin, there are a few sellers in the service section that offer it. But the fees will be much higher than if you were to buy Bitcoin directly yourself without PayPal balance
