Can anyone help me or assist me


I changed credit card on aged account now it’s suspended for utility bill.

Why did this review happen I sold perfect for over 1 year everything is legit and safely done but still suspended because I changed credit card?


Just to clarify I fully verified with ID+ utility bill when I first registered the account, but now they’re more strict and not accepting. Why did this happen and what’s solution

I had something similar happen. Perfect account. 0%ODR, 100% positive feedback. We manufacture the products we sell, we went under review for selling unauthorized brands. They still have my money from January.

Only thing you can do is provide them the info.

Don't save too much money on Amazon. They'll hold it for as long as they like or never release it.

That can happen with any account update if you are not cautious with how you do it

Have you tried to appeal the suspension already?

Cautious means you don't change any sensitive info like this and maintain your address and emails.

I have that guide and take many more precautions then mentioned in there

I think eBay is actually superior to Amazon. The only reason why Amazon got ahead is because of logistics.

I can't keep track of the stories I read so far about Amazon abruptly suspending accounts upon changing a credit card!!! Who the f**k would design a system like this :- /

This was designed purposely like this so that they can keep the money unless someone takes them to arbitration. Of course they have some guy in india review all docs. It's complete bs.

Spot on my friend, they could simply adapt something called "Direct Bank Withdrawl" and take their fees directly from the seller's bank account. They claim they prefer credit cards for security!! What a bunch of non-sense, one could cancel their credit card right before Amazon tries to deduct its money!!!
