Three sellers accounts - Single LLC
 

Hello friends,

I have three stealth accounts and unfortunately cant change any information on the accounts to match my LLC at least for the one account. You know amazon doesn't like changing information.

I want to ask you from legal side can I manage and sell on three seller accounts and use one LLC to file income and pay taxes.

Let say I will have three separate bank accounts on LLC and I will only change bank details on seller accounts and nothing else.

I will have three trade names/seller accounts like:

John Doe
Stephen Li
Margaret Johnson

Owned my company: COMP LLC and will receive all seller accounts payments to LLC bank's.

Is that possible to be done? Or I need separate LLC for each seller account?

I want to do like this because iam not able to change any information to match the LLC's.

you need a separate LLC name for each account

cannot use the same LLC on 3 shops or you will be linked

I mentioned that I will never change seller accounts information. I will just change bank accounts for each account will use LLC bank account. I will use Payoneer as they provide multiple banks for one account.

I will receive all payments from three accounts to my LLC bank.

Question is: If that can be done at legal side?

You can't use the same LLC for 3 accounts...

Each Amazon shop requires its own unique LLC name

I think you didnt understand my questions.

I told that i wont change any information on seller accounts i bought because they are stealth, they are non US accounts for USA marketplace. I will change only deposit method of each account to receive payments to my LLC banks. My LLC have three different bank details. I wont add any information to seller accounts regarding my LLC and just bank account.

Question is simple, can this be done from legal side? To receive payments to LLC from three different seller accounts?

You'll want to talk to an accountant or tax attorney if its related to your LLC

there is nothing illegal about it. your llc can have as many bank accounts as you want and receive money from many sources. as long as you properly report taxes on it.

Sounds like 3 accounts, 3 different EIN/SSNs, as they are stealth accounts. 3 different bank accounts, but all bank accounts lead to one LLC. So you want to file everything taxwise under one LLC. Sounds doable, but Amazon is going to report tax info to IRS under each EIN/SSN for each account. So you may have problems there.
