Amazon buyer account on hold?
I got an email a yesterday stating that my amazon account is on hold. It is a buyer account, not a seller account that most people here are talking about. This is my second purchase with this account. The first purchase directly from amazon, and the second purchase from a seller. After I purchased the item, I could not login nor see that status of my order. Furthermore, my credit card was charged, and I am now asking for a refund since I haven't received a tracking number. And so far for 3 days there is no response from amazon or the seller. This is my only account, and I don't want to go through the hassle of initiating a chargeback on my credit card. They are asking me to fax them my credit card statement. I am not going to do that as it is private information. And why are they asking after they charged my account. I actually talked to a representative from the amazon website and they said they sent the email. Did anyone get this letter? What ended up from this? I am short on money, and either need my order, which doesn't seem to be happening, or need a refund.
