Made stealth account did photoshop everything have all docs etc everything approved.. now time for the LLC to be added now i apply LLC under my name then i name the LLC the name of the account correct like account name Bob James. So ill name the LLC name Bob James LLC correct? because it ask name (as show on your tax return)

Not sure how you have the Amazon account set up but the name on the LLC doesn't have to be the name of your stealth account holder. I have never had Amazon ask for documents to verify the LLC in the past.

Ok but how do you go by the address? I will be using an agent to create the LLC so can I add it as a second address or amazon would not accept that on the invoice?

When I set up a LLC I have always used my real address and then gotten creative on the copies that I have sent for verification. Maybe they check what you send them against the state in which the LLC is formed but doubt it.

I used a family members info to create my account a bit ago and just recently made an LLC I used my real name on the LLC (I've been previously banned) and even after submitting to Amazon It was all good. I don't think they look at anything other than the EIN and LLC name.

Can you explain this a little if you don’t mind? I’m currently using my girlfriends sisters amazon seller account to launch my product and I’m seeing great results so far. Planning for the future, I am trying to figure out the best route possible since my name is permanently banned on amazon (they have my SSN and passport information from the banned account).

I opened an LLC late 2019 and was wondering what options do I have. How can you use that LLC for her account?
