Will Amazon be able to catch this?
An Amazon account was registered with the following info (Just registered, no verification process was started):
Name: Adam Smith
Address: 5230 Mc Bride Ave, Cleveland, OH 44127
Email comes from Amazon saying account's selling privileges are removed and seller needs to start verificaiton process...etc
No document was supplied to Amazon yet, all they got is the initial info entered during registration. 2nd Amazon account is opened with the exact same info (Against Amazon's rules).
Now suppose Adam Smith moves to a new address in Cleveland and uses a new email, phone number, IP & Laptop to register a new account. Will Amazon link this new account to those 2 previous accounts that were suspended?
Could Amazon use public records...etc to check if this is the same person trying to open a new account after moving to a new address?
