Is AMAZON PPC marketing worth it ?

Anyone uses AMAZON PPC (pay per click) marketing tools before ?
Is it really worh it ?

I look at it similiar to Google adwords, I tried Google adwords before, result is horrible, paying money for no order conversion, simply just pay for the clicks ...

Anyone have good experience to share ?

I haven't tried this - sometimes you might have to bite the bullet and experiment, report back with results if you can...

I don't think its that popular

I only know a handful of people that use it

Would be interesting to get more info from someone that does regularly use it.
