Question for Amazon gurus.
If an account is suspended for opening a 2nd account without Amazon permission.
How good is the chance of a successful appeal?
Both accounts were never used actually, just registered
It has been almost 3 years now since the 1st account got deactivated, I never got an email from Amazon saying the account was suspended, but when I try to contact Amazon via a seller central form I immediately get an email saying the case was closed because this account is deactivated.
I am now confused whether Amazon ever asked me to appeal or not, I am basically locked out of the account due to 2-step verification and can't access the notifications inside the account.
This is really messy, I don't want to send them a copy of my ID to deactivate 2-step verification, I don't want to give them a biometric fingerprint about my person in case they decide to keep the account shut down.
Right now all they know about me is the data I entered during registration (name, address...etc) and the number of a pre-paid credit card I used when creating the account.
