Credit Card with Mismatched Names for Amazon PPC

I am trying to add a credit card to charge my Amazon PPC spending to. I was wondering if I can add my own card with the stealth account's name and address?

The card will be a fresh one with number never been used before. Would they allow mismatching names?

Keep in mind if you update your VCC on your seller shop, you may trigger additional review request

Worst case you have to submit a bill
