amazon pro account vefication postal mail

I have been out of the loop on creating accounts. I used to make accounts 5 years ago and made 100 accounts in the past. Now before amazon gets stricter like the verfication via postal code. Is there a way to create an account to avoid this or is this random thing ?

whether you get request for postal code verification or webcam verification is random

seen more shops get one of the two requested more this month than last month

A passport has no address on it, hence the reason why you were told to receive a code in the Mail. To avoid receiving code in the mail, use a drivers license.

Code in mail is random regardless of what docs you use to verify

There are more postal codes being sent out now than a month ago, thats for sure
