AMAZON Individual acc. to Business LLC
 

Hi, as a non-US seller I have my Amazon individual pro seller account which is verified with my legit information and bills.

Now I would like to register a USA LLC with all legit information and add that LLC info to my current Amazon account.

So I'm worried since I will not be able to provide utility bill for my USA LLC in case Amazon asks because I'm not living in US.

So will I get suspended? Will I have problem with utility bill? What would you suggest?

So your current amazon account is a USA one correct?
And I'm assuming you're outside of usa using VPN to access it?

You can get creative with the utility bill but do understand that with amazon there'll always be a risk of refusal.

You should have low risk of triggering utility for just adding LLC

Yes it's a US account and I'm not using VPN since all info is my own

Beautiful, as far as I understand I should only change Legal Entity information and not touch to Business Address, is that right?
