When opening a stealth Amazon account should I start out as individual or Pro?

Would there be any difference in the verification process if I started out as an individual seller or pro seller?

If I get charged $39.99 on my card and then don't pass verification is it possible to get a reimbursement for the charges?

If you're opening one with your legit info then you could go pro and then request refund of fees if not verified

But then you'll need to add your bank to withdraw the $39.99
