Can I provide online retailer invoice? Inauthentic suspension
 

Hey,

Amazon asked me invoices/ receipts for 3 items, I do dropshipping from online retailers,
If I altered and edit retailer receipts that I get on my email by changing the shipping address to my address instead of buyer's address with adjusting quantity. And print them then take photos by mobile and upload them.

Will Amazon accept that or they need wholesale distributor receipts?

You can cry to submit what you have if you have no other option and its a legit receipt

If its denied your next best move is to get a legit invoice from an online store that sells the products you sold

You really want a legit commercial grade invoice if you want the highest chances of reinstatement

Best of luck. I provided them with my raw material suppliers (I'm a manufacturer), and no dice. Sent about a dozen recent invoices and nothing. I'm being accused of selling inauthentic products..... of my own brand...

AZ is real rough when they make this kind of accusation....deleted accounts, held funds - I had the same issue way back in the early 2010s...I was unimpressed and hardpressed to get the funds
