So, what is the situation with Amazon right now and making new accounts?

Still not allowing many (or any) through?

Too...I am rusty at this...but does the address on the credit card have to match the card number? There was a time when it did not.

More postal code verification requests than last month

Web cam verification requests seem about the same as last month

Other than those 2 new things, its pretty much the same as its been for the last year

I found its much much easier to create and pass accounts these days mainly i am talking about EU accounts

I understand the guide, it's just that verification seems to be random from what I've heard and Amazon seems to be rejecting a lot of account with 100% real information so I can't be sure of what I might be doing wrong.

That's what they do. Their CS is not the brightest even when you give them real info.
So you aren't alone there.

Another factor that could trigger could also the type of IP you might be using.
IE: VPN or Residential IP

Why are they toast? The address verification is easy to get around?
