Whats with return Address for customers in Japan, I should provide some sort of utility or agreement with prep center?

What do you mean what's with the Japanese return address?

FYI Japanese culture isn't like white culture where you think you can just buy, return then refund. Most people do their research and once they are convinced they buy the product and doesn't return.
