Unsellable inventory in lieu of what was included on the shipment plan
 

Probably an empty box or a box with some other goods was received by FBA. I suspect they also can treat this as an attempt to get compensation from them for goods which in fact were never shipped to them.

Here is the question. They are asking what was in the box EXACTLY and how EXACTLY this happened and how EXACTLY I am going to prevent this from happening. Myself I 've never had an answer to this question, because all I do on Amazon is dirty drop ship. I ordered appeal writing from various sources: they all give you a long but vague letter about all kinds of improvements in general, but no specifics, and this no longer works for Amazon.

So does anyone have an answer for this or knows an appeal writer who knows how to answer this in detail?

If they know you drop shipped the item, you're going to be toast...

Perhaps try to get that inventory removed or destroyed then ship your own boxes to FBA from now on.

I didn't break this rule, it wasnt shipped directly to fba from a store. In fact I did OA, but through prep centers, so this must be a mistake of a prep center, but I don't know what exactly happened.

Prep center was where? Have you tried contacting them?

The prep center was in the U.S..
Unfortunately, the one which was responsible turned out to be very low quality and they cannot give me good information on the issue.
