Any idea what this means?
"Your order defect rate must be no greater than 1% as of October 14, 2020."

Does that mean your current ODR on OCT 14th or starting oct 14th you cant go over 1%

No, you should keep it down below that no matter what. Just fo the health of the account.

As of Oct 14... Don't go above 1%...
