American Owned Foreign Corporation for Amazon Seller Account
 

Hi,

I am an American citizen and I want to open an Amazon Seller account with a foreign corpration (Hong Kong registered). The corporation would be majority owned by me (American citizen). I read online that to register as a Non-US Entity on Seller Central with 10% ownership or more then I would need to register as an American company. Is that true? Any insight on registering on seller central with foreign corporate entities?

are you aware US tax law is such it would tax US citizens and residents no matter where he is.
