Two step verification passcode suddenly not working
 

Today I try to use a new PC to logon my amazon account. When I input the OTP by using my authenticator apps, it keep say my passcode is incorrect. I try to logon my second user account, it also failed in passcode.

But I sure the all passcode code should correct as I use it for many many times.
THen I change another authenticator apps, also Not working.

Finally I try another amazon account. It also say my passcode is incorrect.

Don't know what's happening? Did someone who also got this problem?

It is possible that your AZ accounts have been deleted by AZ - do you see any of your listings still live?

Today I try the thrid account, the 2SV still not correct. And I also change another phone to scan the 2SV code, and compare both phone generate the same number. Also checked the PC time is correct without problem.
And all the AMZ account is working good and no problem email received from AMZ.

Now just worry once the PC got any problem, then I can't logon to AMZ, as the account doc. is incomplete to submit the 2SV recovery.

Just resolved it. I try click 'didn't received the code', then choose the 'using authenticator apps' AGAIN, then it works. It is a bug for amazon system. But I was wonder why my serveral accounts got this problem...

It happens from time to time, its glitchy

Sometimes if Amazon blocked your account you wont be able to login let alone receive a passcode.
