Creating New Amazon Account
 

Hi dear friends, I had a seller Amazon account which was suspended due high ODR about 4 years ago and still cannot reinstate it... I want to now if I create an LLC together with my Mom to get Business Bank Account and therefore to get the Bank Statement, my name will appear in the back statement to show to Amazon when they request Documents on the verification of the account?... is there something where Amazon can see that I have an LLC with my Mom?

All info should match with the info you're submitting if you want the best chances of passing verification

If you want the least risk of getting linked/suspended you have to make sure to not re-use any previously used info on sign up or information submitting

If there is some linking criteria on the last page of a statement and thats the only spot where you're using previously used info then its unlikely to cause issues, but its not guaranteed

But at least cannot I create the LLC company with my mother's name and me together?...that way we can both open a Business Bank Account... I just want to be sure if the documents Amazon requests (bank statement and the LLC company documents) show my name or only the name of the company?
