How did they get my ship-to-address for Amazon returns?
 

Ok, so Vorys issue again:

They have been sending me legal threats through email and regular mail, the address they used for regular mail is not the business address on my Amazon account but my default ship-to-address address for amazon returns.

Does anyone know how they are got this address?

Is it possible to see it if you order an item from me (I only use FBA and it's not the return address for customers), should I contact amazon about this since someone may have been selling my info?

Are you sure the address is not listed under your business address?

Yes. 100% sure. It's a warehouse I found specifically for storing excess inventory during Q4. My business address isn't even listed on their letter.

How could they have access to it?

To clarify: my account has different addresses on every place, legal entity is different than business address which is different than return address which is different than ship to address for amazon returns which is different than my billing address. So I know exactly where they got this address from.

The question is how: is this visible for customers who purchase items from me? They wrote me in an email they subpoenaed amazon for my info, if Amazon gave them this info legally it's a different matter, but Vorys has been harassing amazon sellers for a while now - if they got from an insider I should report it to amazon.

They bought something from you and submitted a return request. Then they get your “return” address. I get the letters too. I use ipostal for online mailbox registered in a friends name. No ties to you personally. Just toss the letters. I’ve gotten tons of them!

But I only sell FBA, they return the items only to FBA. So how could they get that address?

They are in the business of tracking deadbeats,they have their ways,they would even know if you are in jail or left the country,they have access to files you dont even know exist
