Invoice for Amazon
 
I need to submit an invoice to Amazon for a stealth account. The account was registered in Thailand, but I ship from US.

So how do I fill out Billing Address and Shipping Address on the invoice? Should I keep the Billing Address in Thailand and Shipping Address in US? I don't have any utility bill to verify for my shipping address. Would that trigger a request for utility bill of the US Shipping Address?

Foreign shops have a very hard time recovering from any kind of suspension

That is one reason we avoid them all together

You would need an invoice with the matching business address on the account
