I just have some problems with the choice of dietary supplements. I work out, go to the gym and I would like to ask what supplements and where can I best find them?

I combine creatine and protein, as well as need to eat well, get vitamins (b6, b12, d, a) and minerals. Have a good sleep and recovery time! Good luck with your training

I agree with the guy above. Alfie these are great vitamins, I also take them along with dietary supplements.I do Boxing at an Amateur level and just go to the gym. However, look carefully where you buy vitamins and supplements, as there are false that are not only not useful, they are harmful and can cause problems in the body. . So I have already gained about 6 kilograms of pure muscle mass, and I am very happy with the result, as I had a short deadline
