I'm going to buy someone's Amazon account, how should I navigate this?

Since they can really only log into their account under the main login from their IP address, should I just have them change all the info over to mine? Just thinking like i feel like i've tried to change the phone number on an account before and amazon wasn't having it.

Should I give the money half up front and half when it's all completed?

Is there a guide i'm not seeing somewhere?

So i'm trying to think of the first steps. The person would naturally add me as a secondary user on the account, but how can I get them fully off the account? Because i'm thinking a secondary user is still secondary to the primary user, so they could just take me off at any point in time right?

Do you have any suggestions on how I should handle payment? Thinking they could just kick my user off their account and take the money and run.

I'm supposed to be meeting with them today, so i'm kind of rushing to get the right info and your responses are much appreciated.

This is tricky... any changes to that account will trigger a document request.

Maybe keep their primary name and info intact and just change the bank account and credit card?

if you change info on the account it's the flag as the reason I sold a lot of amazon account in the past. Changing Payoneer info don't trigger but I don't know why if you change the payment method(credit card) there is a %50 chance it can get deactivated that reason we sell with cc info in the attachment so the customer doesn't need to change info and can fund credit card balance. This is my experience of years maybe it can be different on others.
