Possible to contact seller support when suspended?
 
None of the contact menus allow you to create a case for seller support, its only for appealing the suspension.

Is there a work around (outside of calling) to contact seller support? I am trying to get a request a refund of the monthly seller fee I was charged.

Huh? is the "help" link on the top right not there anymore?

I just sent them a message through that 2 days ago

Yes, It is.

But the contact options are only for account suspension.

...If you are suspended, amazon doesnt allow you to conact seller support in seller central. Only appealing or under "help" questions about suspension.

This is why I am asking: Is there an alternative way to get a case open / contact seller support outside of calling?

Nope you can't get intouch with seller support it goes to account health team while you suspended
