Why is this happening?

How do I reactivate my account?
Please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file, and provide the requested document(s) in .pdf, .png, .jpeg, or .gif format.[/I]

I submitted the request info in the appeal suspension. A month has passed and no response. I tried asking in the appeal suspension for an update, but nothing. Im annoyed as well because I was charged a pro merchant fee, and cant ask for a refund from seller support because its suspended.

Suggestions?

I called in and SS refunded it, but the acconts still suspended with the funds in the account. Probably going to ditch the account and cancel the VPN for it, then email the payments team after 90 days or w/e to issue the remaining balance.

amazon is notoriously bad.. Write a very nice detailed letter to jeff@amazon.com and hope for the best, especially if the team won't let you have your money. I had a suspended account and complained on the forums, as well as emailed jeff@amazon.com after2 months of trying,they finally let me have my 30k .

Some cases they reply after many weeks even months if you leave them alone nornally they restore the account but keep sending them emails they will send you simply failed verification email and then no one will listen to you
