Hi, im new to the forum, i have been banned from amazon (buyer accounts). How do i buy the Amazon Ghost Guide? When i click on the link i get to a eBay stealth guide where a error message says "Please correct the following: Couldn't update cart quantities. There are only 0 remaining of Amazon Ghost.
