Are phone calls with seller support recorded?

Do you think Amazon is secretly recording phone calls from sellers?

Hope someone who made a lot of accounts and phone calls to Amazon could give their opinion on this issue.

I am worried about Amazon collecting voice prints from sellers for future use (i.e: linking accounts...etc)

UPDATE:

According to the GDPR of the EU, users are entitled to the immediate removal of special data colledted about them such as voice prints.

Well, only because there are rules, it doesn't mean that people follow them.

So I wouldn't be surprised if they circumvented it somehow and still have the recordings.

Remember, amazon is a tech company , not sales
