Hi,

I have some questions for Amazon Europe.

- If I have a LLC in the US, what informations will be needed to get a local TAX ID (Germany, UK etc.) ?

- As on reviewing the Europe Marketplace I noticed that all sellers business or tax informations are visible to everyone. Is that correct and or are they able to edit it?

- Passports or any kind of ID's will be need as far as I know.

I'm speaking from my point of view, Italian seller in IT FBA. Yes Germany ask DE VAT for sure. For the moment the other EU countries are accepting IT VAT.
I'm not sure what you should do for be safe, but yes looking at chinese pattern, they have at least UK and DE VAT, yes i think you must have!

Ok thank you.

But you also needed to upload your passport number or so right? I guess with passport number there is no workaround.

Because I noticed that some sellers the owner don’t show up. Like in Amazon Germany if the sellers business is not from Germany and for example from Italy only the business name is on there and not the owner. Correct?

In Europe you can use your llc to signup, passport, proof of address etc required

Personal seller and sole trader amazon dont share the name and address but for Ltd llc amazon do show this info

This can be edit anytime but needs to go through verification again

Golden rule for Amazon never edit any account info

Do you know if I can use the EIN number for the LLC or do I need to apply a local VAT number?

Anyone know what is required to get this VAT number?

EIN AND VAT both are totally different
Ein is your tax no and vat is local tax you can register for vat on your llc

But if I would apply for a local VAT number in Germany for example what informations will be needed?
