Accounts deactivated after getting verified always
 

Why does this happen. Got below message after having GENUINE ID and bank statement verified for initial account opening. Once into Europe marketplace, the below message was received:
"
You are receiving this e-mail because you recently applied to sell on Amazon or you recently changed information on your seller account.

If you recently applied to sell on Amazon: At this moment, we are not able to verify your account, so your account cannot be activated. Please follow the steps under “How do I proceed with my application or reactivate my account?”

If you currently sell on Amazon: For your security, we have suspended your Amazon seller account. We need to verify a change to your payment methods. If you did not make this change, contact Seller Support. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon. Please ship any open orders. If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. "

Quite nornal these days account is not made properly and its riase issue in amazon system, the initial verification done on Amazon USA side and even after getting account verified accounts get suspended after 15min due to security concerns

Very slim chances to get account back

Thing is it was made with all genuine documents and fresh ip.

They still didnt accept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far following accounts failed I know of:
Accounts made with Genuine UK ID
Accounts made with Genuine USA ID
...3 other countries


Accounts made with Genuine ID and VAT number FAILED

All fresh IPs, PC data, everything new. Even different continents.

Its like if I created account with passport from 170+ coutnries, all will fail

IP from 170+ countries, all will fail.

I have access to genuine documents easily but cant get accounts approved !

Am not even doing anything ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ! All documents utility bills, passports, real

Some flow in your account creating method, getting suspension email after 15min is due to issue with your ip, phone no or the system you using,

Its nothing to do with documents

Keep trying and hope you will get successfully making an account

I have used Google voice for mobile.

But I also used genuine numbers which worked twice but then stopped working

Here you go this is your issue, system means pc, vm, new user, new laptop etc amazon system quite advance for fingerprints

Vmware is being used with snapshot


q1) is google voice an issue, or should local number always matching country be used

e.g if country is france then should french number be used?

q2) does amazon dislike certain IPs like India, Russia, Ukraine?

Yeah you don't want to be using any VOIP

You want ideally landline, followed by mobile phone #s

Everything should match the country platform you are registering on

What are you sending as banks statement?
Scanned doc or pdf?

Now message says failed verification. Got it after 15 mins of verifying and logging into Europe marketplacr

There will never be live video requests in every country because every country has different laws i.e india marketplace laws are so different and harsh against amazon then USAs, and so in europes (also different).

I never make USA accounts ,only europe

Video request and postal request down to account creation method, if account made properly they never ask for these atleast not in UK

is individual or business accounts easier to approve?

also do amazon reject passports from certain countries e.g india, russia?

For usa side its same but in eu individual is much more easier then the sole trader or Ltd,

No as long as the id is from their county list they accept it, noticed chinese indian etc id you have to send few times to get them pass,
Where UK, cad usa very easy first time passes as long as good quality

Is it a problem to create accounts with indian IP, does amazon dislike indian IP?

Also if I have a virtual debit card from europe but IP and address is india, is that a problem? (card never says "unable to charge" on amazon)

You should read stleath book and browse the forum,
For amazon key thing is ip, vcc, phone no, your machine in which you creating account, as long as these are solid you will not get issue,

The address on the account should match the IP location

but people here are buying vcc and vcc country does not match their country, is that ok?
