Need serious help. Seller account locked?!
Need some serious help:
I have been locked out of my Amazon Seller account since last Monday. When I attempt to login, type in the OTP, I get this error message mentioning suspicious activity. I haven’t reported any strange logins. I didnt changed any information on my account.
“We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.”
I have sold on Amazon for 3 years. On Friday when I clicked my seller phone app, I thought it was odd that I was logged out (for the first time ever). So I attempted login; have got this error ever since.
I have called Amazon now less than 25 times in the last 5 days…they have been zero help.
Their response is always: “That’s a seller account, we can’t do anything. An account specialist will reach out to you to assist within 24 hours.” It’s been 5+ days with no email or phone communication from Amazon (checked junk, spam, inbox, secondary email, etc…)
There is no way for me to contact anybody that is willing to help within Amazon.
Any insight?
