Action required: Compliance requirements for product listings
 

Got a different email from AZ requesting documentation (or appeal). Canadian company selling toys in the US. Thought they meant to check under performance for issues, but nope. Had to type the link in manually as we use different users for all accounts.
Once on the page, we have 44 listings requesting documents. Turns out they want the Product safety document (CPC) and the corresponding testing to match up with the CPC for each product.
Had to submit to Government twice before, because we export from Canada to US. First time I have seen AZ request these. If not submitted in 30 days, listing goes bye bye.

Anybody have this yet, and if so, how long do they usually take to verify.

Yes need to submit the requested docs from manufacturer or pay to run the test yourself

Depends, normally takes 2-4 days but nowadays it can take up to 2 weeks.

So send it to them fast.
