Default Listing blocked by "high" rate of dissatisfied customers

Hi,

we are present on Amazon since few time, switching from eBay present big differences in many aspect

This morning we noticed that Amz blocked one of our listing for an " high " rate of dissatisfied customers

They say account will not be damaged by this, and they tell when we resolved the issue ( i think when returns are completed ) they can list again the item

What kind of block is it? It is dangerous to relist the same item?

How we can protect in the future? basically this issue showed up because, some people abusing the return system and some people cannot use the devide listed because they are unable to do it! But you, know they use " not working " reason for avoid to pay return fees

Thank for your attention

That's usually prevalent in the Tech category.
I'd say if the return rate is like 10% that's when it triggers it.

I stopped when it happened to me once, so I just relisted and try to sell another item once my inventory is completely gone JUST IN CASE

Yes, it is an item listed in tech category. But really they can do this, considering 3 person on 5 or maybe more lie on return motivation to avoid returning fees?

Both AMZN and Ebay buyers abuse the return system,so they can return the item free or use it and then return it.
If they keep doing it,AMZN and EBAY will remove their buying privilege.

Yeah thats totally normal, its automatic system when your return goes over 10% they send this message and to ask you to fix listing etc,

Simply relist it you will not get issue
