Help needed for two steps verification

Hi everyone.
Thanks in advance if anubody can share a light.
I have two steath accounts which use telephone number for two steps verification. Because they are PAYG number, so I have to make a phone call in certain time.
I am wondering if I can use QR to generate code for my different account in same cell phone? means one QR can provide with code for all my steath account? if so, how?

was not designed like that because your using it like a kind of fixed password for all accounts. security vulnerability

get authy or google authenticator

scan the qr codes for each shop

then remember each device to not be asked two step again
