Changing SSN to EIN
 

I opened a new Amazon account with my sister-in-law in Sept 2020. (mine was permanently banned). Her name, address and SSN.

Now that I'm up and running I received a 1099k but of course under her information. My accountant told me how to file the 1099 so it will go on my tax return and not hers but does not recommend doing this long term.

I went ahead and registered a business and received an EIN. I'm continuing to use her address and registered with the same business name given to Amazon but for tax reasons need to remove her ssn from the Amazon account.

My question is will I be safe using my personal name but the new business EIN in the Amazon tax interview?

I woudn't remove any info from amazon, rather adding it.
So add an EIN .
