Amazon Pro Seller - EU with US LLC

Hi Guys,:yar:

I'm planning to create with a business partner an Amazon Pro Seller Account in Germany and France. We would use a US LLC with EIN.

My question, I know that on those marketplaces your ID infos will be required to upload. Will this be tracked with the US LLC owner etc? Because my partner is not publicly listed as co-owner on the US LLC?
