got ID / bank statement verification after many years

i purchased an aged SC account from somebody i met on facebook a year ago and have been selling on it and i just got hit with a ID and bank statement verification request. and the guy wont share his id and bank statement with me. how can i verify?

i also put the SC account in my LLC info. Thanks

have a similar issue
purchased an account from elmo and after 2 years theyve asked for ID details

Nothing you can do but give them what they ask for or move on to another account.

Are you upgrading to Pro to trigger verification?

Shops don't normally request for it

moving to another account is not an issue but there are significant funds on the account .Looking for a way to retrieve those

Not sure on this one - you have to get the details to at least get "creative" or the account will remain inaccessible for the fund

alim- you should contact josh from this forum, he will get it back for you. he helped me a lot. you can trust him.

beautiful- actually it was due to inactivity or bc i recently got the account reinstated.

rsot- thats the 3rd time somebody told me to get creative.

Will they accept military ID easier to to do and can not be verified as they use DOD serial numbers. Other platforms accept them.
