Can I use a VPS IP Address?
 
I know that IPBurger is the recommended IP address provider. But is anyone successfully using a VPS IP address from a data center like Digital Ocean, or other similar VPS services?

I know how to setup up my own VPN on a VPS server with OpenVPN, But I want to know if this is safe, and if anyone has tested this.

You can use vps ip's but after you successfully created the account, you can move the account to vps. Just dont try to create account in there.

Agree with above, once your account is established then the IP address is much less important. I've used all kinds of V P N's over the years without issue, merely ensuring the IP matches my country.

as others said, avoid VPS or any high risk IPs for sign up

Once your shop is established and already verified you can then use higher risk IPs for management

Yep, go ahead and use *high risk* IPs , if you want.
